We're looking for a sharp and talented graduate to join us as a Junior Software Developer.

We are a UK registered company, that has an office location based in Cape Town (Pinelands) and our clients are based internationally. At X-Line we listen carefully to our client’s imaginations and turn their ideas into working, robust software. It is a very creative process that requires patience and a great attention to detail. 

You will need to be able to draw on your business knowledge, internal inspiration, creativity, and your ability to learn new tech. You will also need to be completely reliable both in terms of sticking to your own schedule, that you will create, as well as dealing with internal client information in a confidential manner. There are aspects of Business Analysis, and over time the role has the potential to grow into team leader.

You will need to be results driven, have good communication skills, and a keen passion to learn. We are looking for bright people who are driven to solve IT problems themselves, perform good system design, and to come up with bright ideas. Further growth opportunities include becoming Senior Developer, Team Leader, Product Manager or Client Engagement Manager.
